Once you decide on the location you would like to call home within The Highlands Community you will need to have the following items with you when you apply:

a completed application filled out in its entirety
driver's license or another valid form of photo identification
income verification (copies of your 2 most recent pay stubs, certified letter from future employer, and/or proof of student loan or grant paper work)

*Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to approve your application and at least 5-7 business days to have your new apartment ready for move in!

**Eligible applicants qualify when proof can be shown of income greater than 3x monthly rent along with a credit & criminal background check. We gladly accept students. Their guarantor must show an income greater than 5x monthly rent along with a credit and criminal background check.

Fees:

Application: $45 per applicant
Administrative Fee: $60
Security Deposit: $250 (and up depending on credit score)
Pet Fee: $300 for the first pet and $50 for each additional. There is a 3 pet maximum.
